Construction Works

1. Capital Construction:
From geodetic layout to commissioning.

· Geodetic layout: Transfer of design drawings to the site. Marking of plot boundaries and building footprint. Setting out axes and elevation benchmarks using professional equipment (Total Station / GNSS).

· Earthworks: Excavation works with soil removal and base preparation. In dense urban areas: construction of retaining walls to ensure full safety of neighboring buildings.

· Structural framework construction:
Monolithic works: formwork installation, reinforcement, and concrete pouring. Construction of foundations, reinforced concrete (RC) and steel structural frames.

· Walls and building envelope closure:
Masonry: Construction of external and internal walls and partitions (brick, blocks), installation of lintels.
Insulation: Comprehensive waterproofing (foundation, basement, roof) and drainage systems. Facade thermal insulation (thermal facade system).
Windows and doors: Installation of glazing systems by certified partners under our strict technical supervision.

· Engineering systems and finishing works:
Plumbing / Electrical / HVAC — in cooperation with trusted partners. Drywall installation, plastering, puttying, painting. Tiling and grouting, finishing works, installation of elements (railings, etc.).

· Furniture and Interior:
In-house production. Design → Manufacturing of kitchens and wardrobes → On-site installation.

2. Renovation and Restoration “Turnkey”
We create living spaces, paying attention to every detail.

· Demolition and preparation: Dismantling of partitions, removal of old finishes, construction waste disposal. Wall leveling (plastering) and floor leveling (screed).

· Engineering systems (rough stage): Installation of electrical wiring, water supply and sewage pipelines. Routing for air conditioning systems.

· Windows and doors: Replacement of window frames (energy-efficient profiles), installation of entrance and interior doors.

· Finishing works: Drywall structures and ceilings, painting works, decorative plaster, installation of tiles and floor coverings (laminate, parquet, vinyl).

· Final installation and connections:
Plumbing: Installation of washbasins, toilets, faucets, shower cabins/bathtubs, and boilers.
Electrical: Installation of sockets, switches, chandeliers, and lighting systems.
Appliances: Connection of washing machines, dishwashers, kitchen appliances, and extractor hoods.

· Furniture and Interior:
In-house production. Design → Manufacturing of kitchens and wardrobes → On-site installation.

3. Thermal Envelope and Dry Roof
We retain heat. We eliminate moisture.

· Facade thermal insulation (ETICS): Installation of certified external insulation systems, elimination of thermal bridges (columns, beams) to protect against condensation and mold, decorative finishing plaster with crack protection.

· Roof and terrace waterproofing: Repair and insulation of flat roofs using modern materials: polyurethane membranes, bituminous membranes, PVC systems.

· Basement and foundation waterproofing: Protection of underground areas from groundwater and capillary moisture. Internal and external waterproofing of basement walls, drainage membranes for water diversion away from foundations.

4. Energy Efficiency Improvement (Exoikonomo)
We deliver energy modernization projects on a turnkey basis: documentation preparation + execution of works + project completion (in accordance with program requirements and after application approval).

· Selection of measures according to program goals (typically: insulation, windows/doors, heating/cooling systems, etc.)
· Approval of technical solutions and budget
· Execution of works and final delivery

5. Building Reconstruction and Structural Strengthening
We extend the life of buildings and increase seismic resistance.

Audit: Detailed inspection of structures prior to commencement of works.
RC strengthening: Installation of reinforced concrete jackets and localized concreting.
Composites (FRP): Strengthening of columns and beams with carbon fiber.
Steel: Installation of steel jackets, plates, and strengthening of structural joints.
